In Yard Management, truck drivers register directly on site via the gate or self-service terminals. Another variant is processing via cell phone apps or centrally by the service provider via the portal. The processing options are controlled via authorizations in SAP.

Variant 1: Launch by truck driver on cell phone app: This app is launched up on the cell phone via the personal data menu. All driver data must always be assigned to a service provider. As a rule, the driver has already been created by the service provider via the portal or via the gate. The driver himself can store his personal data. This data is then used in all further actions and processes.

Variant 2: Call by service provider via app or portal: The service provider automatically selects all truck drivers with assignment to his service provider number. Entering or changing the service provider number is then blocked. New truck drivers can be created, master data can be changed, or truck drivers can be deleted.

Variant 3: Call via gate: All truck drivers can be selected in the gateway. The service provider number can be used as a restriction. All editing options from creation, modification and deletion are available.
