All registrations are displayed as a list for the assigned driver with the status (color). Navigations to the apps "Display barcode" and "Registration processing" can be set in the customizing settings.


**Example use case**
The user sees all open registrations, i.e. registrations that have not yet been completely processed. The status of the registration is displayed in a color: complete registrations in green, incomplete ones in yellow. Further details can be displayed by clicking on the list entry and jumping to the barcode app.

Es werden alle  Registrierungen mit Status (Farbe) als Liste zum zugeordneten Fahrer angezeigt. Über Customizing kann der verkettete Aufruf zum den Apps "Barcode anzeigen" oder " Registrierungsbearbeitung" eingestellt werden.

**Beispiel für Nutzung**
Hier sieht der Anwender alle offenen Registrierungen, also Registrierungen die noch nicht komplett abgearbeitet sind. Der Status der Registrierung wird farblich dargestellt, vollständige Registrierungen grün, unvollständige gelb. Weitere Details können durch einen Klick auf den Listeintrag angezeigt werden und es wird in die Barcode-App abgesprungen.

SAP long text maintenance optimized with SAP Fiori App with included translation functionality.

SAP Langtextpflege über FIORI-APP optimiert mit inkludierter Übersetzung

In the SAP system, long text maintenance is carried out using transaction SO10 and translation using SE63. Both SAP transactions do not offer the convenience and overview desired in today's world. The new Fiori app for long text maintenance uses flexible selection criteria to provide a convenient overview list (master list) as a result for further selection and editing of an individual long text. The detail screen on the right contains all information and input options with a direct translation area.

The transaction "/FLEXUS/MBS1_1119" is located behind the "Long text maintenance" tile. The user can view already maintained long texts and maintain them for different languages. Furthermore, new long texts can be created, transported and deleted.

The following functions are available:

**Create new long text**
After clicking the "New" button, a new long text is created with the pseudo-title "New long text". The master list is emptied except for this entry. The user must now enter his text name. The prefix preassigned via the field control is already displayed, so the user only has to enter the text name without "/FLEXUS/TC_". The language cannot be changed at first, since the first long text is always created in the language in which one is logged on to the SAP system (SY-LANGU). The short title is optional, but the long text must be entered to save it.
If you end the creation process with "Cancel creation", a popup appears asking whether you want to discard the changes or continue the process.
If you save your long text, it is immediately selected and can be edited further.

**Change long text**
In the "Change / create long text" area, all possible languages entered in the SAP system can be selected, regardless of whether a long text has been created for the selected language. In this area, a short title and long text can be created or changed for the selected language, which, however, can only be edited with 
Delete long text
When deleting a long text, there are 2 different options to choose from. Delete individual long text in target language or delete entire long text in all languages.

**Delete**
If the user presses the "Delete" button, an attempt is made to delete the long text in the language selected in the "Change / create long text" area. A popup will appear where the user has to confirm that he really wants to delete the selected long text. If the long text is not maintained in the target language, an error message is displayed.

**Transport saved long text (all languages)**
The button "Transport saved long texts" allows you to transport a long text including all languages into a transport request. After clicking on the button, a popup opens in which a transport task must be selected. There is an input help, which can be called with F4. Now you can filter the hits by "Request/Task", "Short description", "Parent request" and "Owner". If suitable customizing requests exist, you can select the appropriate entry and start the transport by clicking on "Transport".

Im SAP-System wird die Langtextpflege über die Transaktion SO10 durchgeführt und die Übersetzung mit der SE63. Beide Transaktionen von SAP bieten nicht den in der heutigen Zeit gewünschten Komfort und Überblick. Das neue Fiori-App zur Langtextpflege bietet über flexible Selektionskriterien als Ergebnis eine komfortable Übersichtsliste (Masterliste) zur weiteren Auswahl und Bearbeitung eines einzelnen Langtextes. Im Detailscreen rechts findet man alle Informationen und Eingabemöglichkeiten mit direktem Übersetzungsbereich.

Hinter der Kachel "Langtextpflege" befindet sich die Transaktion "/FLEXUS/MBS1_1119". Der Benutzer kann bereits gepflegte Langtexte einsehen und für unterschiedliche Sprachen pflegen. Des weiteren können neue Langtexte angelegt, transportiert und gelöscht werden.

Folgende Funktionen stehen zur Verfügung:

**Neuen Langtext anlegen**
Nach einem Klick auf den Button "Neu" wird ein neuer Langtext mit dem Pseudo-Titel "Neuer Langtext" erstellt. Die Master-Liste wird bis auf diesen Eintrag geleert. Der Benutzer muss jetzt seinen Textnamen eingeben. Das über die Feldsteuerung vorbelegte Präfix wird bereits angezeigt, also muss der Benutzer nur noch den Textnamen ohne "/FLEXUS/TC_" eingeben. Die Sprache kann zunächst nicht verändert werden, da der erste Langtext immer in der Sprache angelegt wird, in der man am SAP-System angemeldet (SY-LANGU) ist. Der Kurztitel ist optional, der Langtext muss zum Speichern aber eingegeben werden.
Beendet man den Anlegevorgang mit "Anlegen abbrechen" erscheint ein Popup, ob Änderungen verworfen, oder der Vorgang fortgesetzt werden soll.
Speichert man seinen Langtext, so ist dieser sofort selektiert und kann weiter bearbeitet werden.

**Langtext ändern**
Im Bereich "Langtext ändern / anlegen" können alle möglichen ins SAP-System eingepflegten Sprachen ausgewählt werden, unabhängig davon, ob ein Langtext für die ausgewählte Sprache angelegt ist. In diesem Bereich lässt sich für die jeweils ausgewählte Sprache ein Kurztitel und Langtext anlegen bzw. ändern, der jedoch erst mit 
Langtext löschen
Beim Löschen eines Langtextes stehen 2 verschiedene Möglichkeiten zur Auswahl. Einzelnen Langtext in Zielsprache löschen oder gesamten Langtext in allen Sprachen löschen.

**Löschen**
Betätigt der Nutzer den "Löschen"-Button, so wird versucht den Langtext in der Sprache zu löschen, die im "Langtext ändern / anlegen"-Bereich ausgewählt ist. Es erscheint ein Popup, in dem der User bestätigen muss, dass er den selektierten Langtext wirklich löschen will. Falls der Langtext in der Zielsprache nicht gepflegt ist wird eine Fehlermeldung ausgegeben.

**Gespeicherten Langtext (alle Sprachen) transportieren**
Der Button "Gespeicherte Langtexte transportieren" ermöglicht den Transport eines Langtextes inklusive aller Sprachen in einen Transportauftrag. Nach einem Klick auf den Button öffnet sich ein Popup, in dem eine Transportaufgabe ausgewählt werden muss. Es existiert eine Wertehilfe, die mit F4 aufgerufen werden kann. Nun kann Man man die Treffer nach "Auftrag/Aufgabe", "Kurzbeschreibung", "Übergeordneten Auftrag" und "Inhaber" Filtern. Man kann, falls passende Customizing-Aufträge existieren den passenden Eintrag auswählen und beginnt den Transport mit dem Klick auf "Transportieren".

For Yard Management, data on a service provider and the means of transport can be maintained via this app. Means of transport can be trucks, trailers, containers, but also e.g. railroad wagons. 

By clicking on the tile "Truck Management" the app is started. This app allows the user to view, create and modify means of transport. In addition, there is further information such as history data and a reference to Google maps. At the beginning of the transaction all means of transport are loaded and displayed as a selection option. If you want to do a more specific search on means of transport, you can simply search for the indicator or by wildcard "*" in the search bar at the top.

This app is activated via SAP authorizations (roles) for the use of the customer employee or the service provider. The SAP authorization system is used here.

Im Yard-Management werden über dieses APP Daten zu einem Dienstleister und den zum Einsatz kommenden Transportmittel gepflegt. Transportmittel können LKWs, Anhänger, Container, aber auch z.B. Eisenbahn-Wagons sein. 

Durch das Klicken auf die Kachel "LKW Verwaltung" wird die APP aufgerufen. Dieses APP erlaubt es dem Benutzer Transportmittel anzuzeigen, anzulegen und zu verändern. Hinzu kommen weitere Informationen wie z.B. Historiedaten und der Verweis auf Google-Maps. Zu Beginn der Transaktion werden alle Transportmittel als Auswahlmöglichkeit geladen und angezeigt. Wenn man eine spezifischere Suche an Transportmittel tätigen will, kann man einfach oben in der Suchleiste nach dem Kennzeichen oder per Wildcard "*" suchen.

Diese App wird über SAP-Berechtigungen (Rollen) für die Nutzung des Kunden-Sacharbeiters oder des Dienstleister freigeschaltet. Es wird hierbei das Berechtigungssystem von SAP eingesetzt.

For the shipment, all assigned handling units are listed with the information whether they have already been loaded or not. Loading is initiated by scanning a handling unit that has not been loaded. The status in the shipment is written automatically. After successful loading of all HUs, the goods issue can be posted automatically. The dialog also allows you to define a loading sequence based on the route planning.

A documentation of the loading process with photos is possible. These are then stored in the transport for the asset list.

With the FLX-TranslationImportExportManager (FLX-TIEM) and the FLX-TranslationCockpit (FLX-DTC) Flexus AG provides you with two practical tools for the easy and fast handling of your SAP translation projects. 
In SAP rollouts to other countries, the translation of in-house developments is a significant factor for the successful completion of the project. The SAP standard only offers the translation of standard transactions (SAP translation standard) into various target languages. For this reason, the in-house developments must all be translated manually, which represents an enormous time factor and significant transmission problems to translation agencies. The translation environment provided by SAP requires a great deal of up-front work as well as the use of a large number of transactions. SAP offers a number of very integrative ways to translate development environments and tables. Transaction SE63 is used to access the tools and functions to start the translation project. Before that, however, the translation environment must be set up with the transactions SLWA and SLWB and the packages must be assigned. Only now can the translation process be started. All translations are carried out online in the system via the SAPEditor and allow only limited mass editing by external parties.


With the help of the translation tools of Flexus AG you can reduce the time-consuming setup and administration of system properties by the system administration to a minimum. After calling up the desired transaction, you can directly select the worklist or packages to be translated and export the objects via mass or individual processing. The following Flexus translation tools are available:

FLX Translation Cockpit (FLX-DTC) The FLX-DTC is used to control the imports as well as the interactive translation of SAP objects. This tool is ideally suited for the targeted translation of individual SAP objects. 

With the FLX-DTC you select your pool of translatable objects in SAP using the various filter functions. Screens, reports, data elements, domains and picklists with fixed values can be selected interactively here and selected online via a reference to development packages or SAP transport files.With the SAP standard functions, you can define layouts and save them individually for each object. After selecting the start and target language, you can quickly see in the results list which objects still require translation. In the column Target language you only have to enter your translation. After saving, the texts are directly entered into SAP.

FLX Translation-ImportExportManager (FLX-TIEM) This tool is used to translate large amounts of data and objects. After selecting the translation objects, the export to Excel can start. Depending on the object types, e.g. messages, screens or data elements, these are made available as folders in an Excel file. The Excel files can be forwarded directly to a translation agency. The Excel file can only be edited by the translation texts in the "Target language" column. All interactive options such as sorting, copying and deleting are available within the Microsoft Excel standard.

This app allows the user to book a time slot to a registration number. The driver can specify any (valid and active) desired date.
Per process (registration profile), it is checked whether capacities are still available on the permitted unloading destinations and, if necessary, alternatives with ramp are suggested. The booked time slots are updated and can be corrected up to the entry.

The gate can view and rebook the bookings via the app "Cockpit: Time slot planning".

Dieses App erlaubt es dem Benutzer, ein Zeitfenster zu einer Registrierungsnummer zu buchen. Hier kann der Fahrer einen beliebigen Wunschtermin angeben.
Je Prozess (Registrierungsprofil) wird geprüft, ob auf den erlaubten Abladezielen noch Kapazitäten verfügbar sind, und es werden ggf. Alternativen mit Rampe vorgeschlagen. Die gebuchten Zeitfenster werden fortgeschrieben und können bis zur Einfahrt korrigiert werden.

The truck driver registers via a self-registration terminal. At the end of the registration, a running card is printed. This run card shows some information about the current registration, including a map section of how the truck has to drive. For the further procedure, the barcode can be used as an identifier for entry/exit

For online registration, the app on the mobile phone can also be used instead of this run card....

Der LKW-Fahrer meldet sich über ein Selbsterfassungsterminal an. Zum Abschluss der Registrierung wird eine Laufkarte gedruckt. Auf dieser Laufkarte sind einige Informationen zu der aktuellen Registrierung zu sehen, inklusive eines Kartenausschnitts wie der LKW zu fahren hat. Für den weiteren Ablauf kann der Barcode als Identifizierer für Einfahrt/Ausfahrt genutzt werden

Bei der Online-Registrierung kann statt dieser Laufkarte auch das APP auf dem Handy genutzt werden..

In the logistic process you can send targeted messages to truck drivers, forklift drivers, but also to internal employees with this app. Under "Pager" real pagers (EMessage/IXARO), cell phones with SMS/Mail and push messages via APP are defined.

By clicking on the "Send message to pager" tile, the application is launched. This application allows the user to filter pager ID or communication no. and then send messages. At the beginning of the app, all pagers are loaded and displayed as choices. If one wants to make a more specific search of pagers, one can simply specify different filter criteria at the top of the toolbar.

The means of communication (cell phone, pager) are defined via tables in customizing and the specific pager IDs or phone numbers are defined via the registration data. 

Im logistischen Prozess können Sie an LKW-Fahrer, Staplerfahrer, aber auch an interne Mitarbeiter mit diesem App Nachrichten gezielt versenden. Unter Pager werden echte Pager (EMessage/IXARO), Handys mit SMS/Mail und Pushnachrichten über APP definiert.

Durch das Klicken auf die Kachel "Nachricht an Pager senden" wird die Applikation aufgerufen. Diese Applikation erlaubt es dem Benutzer Pager-ID oder Kommunikations-Nr.  zu filtern und anschließend Nachrichten zu versenden. Zu Beginn der App werden alle Pager  als Auswahlmöglichkeit geladen und angezeigt. Wenn man eine spezifischere Suche an Pagern tätigen will, kann man einfach oben in der Toolbar verschiedene Filterkriterien angeben.

Die Kommunikationsmittel (Handy, Pager) werden über Tabellen im Customizing definiert und über die Registrierungsdaten werden die konkreten Pager-IDs oder Telefonnummern festgelegt.

In Yard Management, truck drivers register directly on site via the gate or self-service terminals. Another variant is processing via cell phone apps or centrally by the service provider via the portal. The processing options are controlled via authorizations in SAP.

**Variant 1: Launch by truck driver on cell phone app:**
This app is launched up on the cell phone via the personal data menu. All driver data must always be assigned to a service provider. As a rule, the driver has already been created by the service provider via the portal or via the gate. The driver himself can store his personal data. This data is then used in all further actions and processes.

**Variant 2: Call by service provider via app or portal:** 
The service provider automatically selects all truck drivers with assignment to his service provider number. Entering or changing the service provider number is then blocked. New truck drivers can be created, master data can be changed, or truck drivers can be deleted.

**Variant 3: Call via gate:**
All truck drivers can be selected in the gateway. The service provider number can be used as a restriction. All editing options from creation, modification and deletion are available.

Im Yardmanagement melden sich die LKW-Fahrer direkt vor Ort über die Pforte oder Sebstbedienungs-Terminals an. Eine weitere Variante ist die Bearbeitung über Handy-Apps oder zentral durch den Dienstleister über das Portal. Die Bearbeitungsmöglichkeiten werden über Berechtigungen im SAP gesteuert.

**Variante 1: Aufruf durch LKW-Fahrer auf Handy-APP:** 
Dieses App wird auf dem Handy aufgerufen über Menü persönliche Daten. Alle Fahrerdaten müssen immer einem Dienstleister zugeordnet werden. In der Regel wurde der Fahrer bereits durch den Dienstleister über das Portal oder über die Pforte angelegt. Der Fahrer selbst kann seine persönlichen Daten hinterlegen. Diese Daten werden dann in allen weiteren Aktionen und Prozessen verwendet.

**Variante 2: Aufruf durch Dienstleister über APP oder Portal:** 
Der Dienstleister selektiert automatisch alle LKW-Fahrer mit Zuordnung zu seiner Dienstleisternummer. Eine Eingabe oder Änderung der Dienstleister-Nr. ist dann gesperrt. Es können LKW-Fahrer neu angelegt, Stammdaten geändert oder LKW-Fahrer gelöscht werden.

**Variante 3: Aufruf über Pforte:** 
In der Pforte können alle LKW-Fahrer selektiert werden. Als Einschränkung kann die Dienstleisternummer verwendet werden. Es stehen alle Bearbeitungsmöglichkeiten von der Anlage, Änderung und Löschung zur Verfügung.

Basic package for online registration for trucks

Basispaket für die Online-Registrierung LKW 

Self-registration is performed by the truck driver either with the Fiori App or at a self-registration terminal set up at the parking lot. The registration usually starts with the language selection and the selection of the registration profile. This registration profile defines all further actions, queries and processes and cannot be changed (deletion and new creation necessary). In the standard the following templates (depending on license) are available for registration profiles:

- Process: CEP service provider (UPS,DHL...)

- Process: Shuttle traffic
- Process: Recycling
- Process: Visitor handling

The decision for a registration profile can be made in the dialog process selection by the truck driver or automated by a complex matrix for process recognition in the background. This automatic process recognition is customizable and parameterizable depending on the customer. In the truck APP the registration profile can be preset and used.

After definition of the registration profile, all relevant actions are drawn and copied to the newly created Reg.No. Now the procedure for this truck is defined and is processed step by step. The following actions are available in the standard basic package:

- Scan reference number and enter position
- Enter personal data
- Passenger data entered
- Safety instruction
- Data protection information
- Notes on load securing (and other information dialogs)
- Assign cargo (SAP objects) (position input)
- Print route card

The actions are run through as a dialog for processing by the truck driver (self-registration terminal) or customer employees (yard control station). New follow-up actions can also be activated here and is the central point for setting the status.

Die Selbst-Registrierung erfolgt durch den LKW-Fahrer entweder mit dem FIORI-APP oder an einem am Parkplatz aufgestellten Selbstregistrierungsterminal. Die Registrierung startet in der Regel mit der Sprachauswahl und der Auswahl des Registrierungsprofiles. Dieses Registrierungsprofil legt alle weiteren Aktionen, Abfragen und Abläufe fest und ist nicht mehr änderbar (Löschung und Neuanlage notwendig). Im Standard stehen folgenden Templates(abhängig von Lizenz) für Registrierungsprofile zur Verfügung :

Die Entscheidung für ein Registrierungsprofil kann im Dialog Prozessauswahl durch den LKW-Fahrer erfolgen oder durch eine komplexe Matrix zur Prozesserkennung im Hintergrund automatisiert. Diese automatische Prozesserkennung ist customizbar und parametrierbar in Abhängigkeit vom Kunden. Im LKW-APP kann das Registrierungsprofil vorbelegt und genutzt werden.

Nach Festlegung des Registrierungsprofiles werden alle relevanten Aktionen gezogen und zur neu angelegten Reg.Nr. kopiert. Nun ist der Ablauf für diesen LKW festgelegt und wird Schritt für Schritt abgewickelt. Es stehen im Standard folgende Aktionen im Basispaket zur Verfügung:

- Scan der Referenznummer und Positionseingabe
- Personendaten eingeben
- Beifahrerdaten eingegeben
- Sicherheitsunterweisung
- Datenschutzinformation
- Hinweise zur Ladungssicherung (und weitere Informationsdialoge)
- Ladung (SAP-Objekte)  zuordnen (Positionseingabe)
- Laufkarte drucken

Die Aktionen werden durchlaufen als Dialog zur Bearbeitung durch den LKW-Fahrer (Selbstregistrierungsterminal) oder Mitarbeiter des Kunden (Yard-Leitstand). Hier können auch neue Folgeaktionen aktiviert werden und ist der zentrale Punkt zum Setzen des Status.

Barcode mit Reg.Nr. anzeigen zur Identifikation bei Einfahrt oder Ausfahrt

After successful registration, this app offers the truck driver the display of the barcode with additional data. The truck driver can carry out the check with barrier control/traffic light directly with the cell phone on barcode scanners on entry or exit by placing the barcode. The barrier/traffic light can then be opened in the further process.

This app replaces the printed routing slip at the self-registration terminal. The call can be linked with the list of registrations.

Nach erfolgreicher Registrierung wird mit diesem App dem LKW-Fahrer die Anzeige des Barcodes mit Zusatzdaten angeboten. Der LKW-Fahrer kann durch Auflegen des Barcodes direkt mit dem Handy an Barcodescannern bei der Einfahrt oder Ausfahrt die Überprüfung mit Schrankenansteuerung/Ampel durchführen. Die Schranke/Ampel kann im weiteren Verlauf dann geöffnet werden.

Dieses APP ersetzt  den gedruckten Laufzettel am  Selbstregistrierungs-Terminal. Der Aufruf kann über vorgeschaltete Liste Registrierungen verkettet aufgerufen werden.

The mobile application Kanban-Impuls is used to report Kanban containers full and empty.

Either the relevant containers are automatically displayed by preassigning the data in Customizing or the employee scans the container or selects the PVB or control cycle. The selected containers are displayed with their number, the material contained, the quantity and a color coding whether full or empty.

If a combined barcode of container number and status is used, the impulse is automatically triggered during the scan. In this case the data is not displayed.

The employee selects the kanban container to be processed and sees the detailed information. Using the function buttons, the container can be reported full or empty.
Which buttons are displayed is controlled on the basis of the mandatory status defined in Customizing for the control cycle of the selected container. If no status customizing has been made, the buttons for Full and Empty are automatically offered.

In yard management, pagers are used for communication with the truck driver. Usually, the pagers are issued during on-site registration at a self-registration terminal or at the gate. The truck driver receives information about the entrance, unloading/loading area and important safety information by situation through this pager.

With this app you can create new pagers, change the master data to the pager, view the history and send messages directly.

Im Yard-Management werden Pager für die Kommunikation mit dem LKW-Fahrer eingesetzt. In der Regel werden die Pager bei der Registrierung vor Ort an einem Selbstregistrierungs-Terminal oder an der Pforte ausgegeben. Der LKW-Fahrer erhält über diesen Pager Informationen zur Einfahrt, zum Entlade/Beladeplatz und wichtige Sicherheitsinformationen nach Situation.

Mit dem App: Pager-Verwaltung können Sie neue Pager anlegen, die Stammdaten zum Pager ändern, die History-Verlauf einsehen und direkt Nachrichten versenden.
