How does SAP Fiori® work?

SAP Fiori® is still based on the standard transactions from the ERP system, they just represent a new way of finding them (via the launchpad and a global search) and how they are structured. In summary, this means that the same functions are executed and the same information is displayed, but the usability and user-friendliness has been increased enormously.

Is SAP Fiori® free?

Is SAPUI5 and SAP Fiori® the same?

SAP Fiori® is a complete design concept. This includes things like navigation, role-based access and the way apps are used. This article explains more about it. SAPUI5 on the other hand is a technical framework with which user interfaces can be developed. However, SAPUI5 is designed to make it easier for developers to adhere to the SAP Fiori® standard.
